Introduction
This Solana calculator shows you what your SOL is worth right now. Type in any amount of SOL and see the value in US dollars, euros, pounds, rupees, Bitcoin, and more. You can also flip it around: type in a dollar amount and find out how much SOL it buys.
The tool pulls live SOL prices, so the numbers stay current. You get the price of 1 SOL, the 24-hour change, market cap, trading volume, and the day's high and low. A chart lets you look back over the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days.
There is more below the converter. A step-by-step section shows the exact math behind your answer. A range bar shows how far the price sits from its all-time high and all-time low. You can also check the Fear and Greed score, read a 7-day price table, and tap quick amounts like 1 SOL, 10 SOL, or $100 to fill the calculator in one click.
Keep in mind that these prices do not include exchange or network fees. What you actually get after a trade will be a bit less. If you want to work out gains on a trade you already made, try the Crypto Profit Calculator, and check the Crypto Tax Calculator before you file.
How to use our Solana Calculator
Type how much SOL you have, pick a currency, and the Solana calculator shows what your Solana is worth right now. You also get the live SOL price, market stats, a price chart, and past prices.
SOL Amount: Enter how many Solana coins you want to convert. You can use decimals, like 0.5 or 12.75.
Converted Amount: Enter a money amount here instead to see how much SOL it buys. Only one field needs a number — the other one fills in by itself.
Swap button: Click it to flip the direction, from SOL to money or from money to SOL.
Select currency: Tap a currency button like USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, BTC, or ETH to set the currency for your result and all the tables. For fiat-only conversions, the Currency Calculator and the Euro to USD Calculator cover the same ground.
More currencies: Pick from this drop-down list if your currency is not one of the buttons, such as BRL, ZAR, NGN, or AED.
Calculate button: Press it to update the result, the market stats, the chart, and the tables with your latest numbers.
Reset button: Press it to clear your entry and go back to 1 SOL in USD.
Copy button: Press the copy icon to save your converted amount to the clipboard.
Select time range: Choose 24H, 7D, 30D, 60D, or 90D to change how much SOL price history the chart shows. To measure a move between two of those prices, the Percent Change Calculator does it in one step.
Refresh button: Press it at the top to pull the newest live Solana price and market data.
Table and popular amount rows: Click any row or amount box to drop that number straight into the converter.
What Is Solana (SOL)?
Solana is a cryptocurrency. Its coin is called SOL. It runs on the Solana blockchain, a network built to move money fast and cheap. People use SOL to pay network fees, to trade, to stake, and to buy things in Solana apps and games. Like all crypto, the price of SOL changes every second of every day. If you also hold BTC, the Bitcoin Calculator works the same way for that coin.
How the SOL Price Works
There is no single price for Solana. Each exchange has its own buyers and sellers, so prices differ a little. The price you see here is an average from many markets. It shows what 1 SOL is worth right now in dollars, euros, pounds, and other money.
The math to convert is simple:
- SOL to money: your SOL amount × price of 1 SOL
- Money to SOL: your cash amount ÷ price of 1 SOL
What the Market Numbers Mean
- Market cap: the price of 1 SOL times all the SOL that exists. It shows the size of Solana next to other coins.
- 24h volume: how much SOL was traded in the last day. High volume means lots of trading and easier buying or selling.
- 24h high and low: the top and bottom price in the last day. A wide gap means a bumpy day.
- Circulating supply: the number of SOL coins people can trade today.
- ATH and ATL: the highest and lowest price SOL has ever hit. These show how far the price has come, and how far it can fall.
- Fear & Greed Index: a score from 0 to 100 for how the whole crypto market feels. Low means scared. High means excited. It is a mood check, not a price forecast.
Fees Change What You Really Get
The value shown here is the ideal value. In real life you pay costs. Exchanges charge trading fees, often about 0.1% to 1.5%. Card buys can cost more. You may also pay a spread, which is the small gap between the buy price and the sell price. Sending SOL on the Solana network is very cheap, usually a fraction of a cent, but moving cash to your bank can cost more. So expect to receive a bit less than the number on screen. A quick pass through the Discount Calculator or the Percentage Calculator will show you what a 1% fee costs on your order size.
Why SOL Prices Move
Solana's price rises and falls for many reasons: news about crypto rules, Bitcoin's price, interest rates, network outages or upgrades, big traders buying or selling, and how many people use Solana apps. Swings of 5% to 10% in one day are normal. That is why you should only use money you can afford to lose. If you buy a fixed amount on a schedule instead of all at once, the DCA Calculator models that plan, and the Position Size Calculator helps you cap the risk on any single trade.
Good to Know
SOL can be split into tiny pieces, so you do not need to buy a whole coin. The smallest unit is called a lamport, and 1 SOL equals 1 billion lamports. In most countries, selling or spending SOL is a taxable event, so keep a record of the price on the day you trade — the Capital Gains Tax Calculator can estimate what you owe. To compare a crypto holding against the rest of your money, use the Net Worth Calculator or the Investment Calculator. Prices here are for information only and are not money advice.
