Introduction
The Dunkin Calorie Calculator shows you how many calories are in your Dunkin order before you buy it. Pick your drink, choose the size, milk, sweetener, flavor swirls, and toppings. Add donuts, Munchkins, bagels, or a breakfast sandwich. The total updates as you build.
Small choices change the number a lot. Whole milk instead of skim, a caramel swirl instead of a plain flavor shot, or a large cup instead of a medium can add a lot of calories. This tool makes those changes easy to see.
You also get a full nutrition breakdown: fat, carbs, protein, sodium, sugar, added sugar, and an estimate of caffeine. An allergen check flags common allergens like milk, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, and sesame. The "Build It Healthier" tips suggest simple swaps that cut calories without giving up your favorite drink. If you track macros day to day, pair this with our Macro Calculator or the Food Calorie Calculator for everything you eat outside the Dunkin drive-thru.
Watching your calories for the day? Set a calorie ceiling and the tool will show Dunkin combos that fit under it. Not sure what your daily number should be? Start with the TDEE Calculator or the Calorie Calculator. You can switch between calories and kilojoules, and between fluid ounces and milliliters, at any time.
Numbers here are close estimates based on standard recipes. Your real drink may vary a little by store and by how it is made.
How to use our Dunkin Calorie Calculator
Pick your Dunkin drinks and food, set the size and add-ons, and the calculator shows total calories, macros, sugar, sodium, caffeine, allergens, and healthier swaps for your whole order.

Dunkin Calories: What You Need to Know
A Dunkin order can be 5 calories or 900 calories. The drink name matters less than what goes in the cup. Milk, swirls, whipped cream, and cup size do most of the work. This page explains what adds calories at Dunkin so you can order in a way that fits your day.
Flavor Shots vs. Flavor Swirls
This is the biggest mix-up at the counter. They sound alike, but they are not the same.
- Flavor shots (vanilla, hazelnut, toasted almond, blueberry, raspberry, coconut) are unsweetened. They add about 0 calories and no sugar.
- Flavor swirls (caramel, mocha, French vanilla, pumpkin) are sweet and creamy. Each pump adds roughly 55 calories and 11 grams of added sugar.
A large drink often gets 4 or more pumps. Swapping swirls for shots can cut 200 or more calories from one cup.
Milk Changes the Number
Milk is charged per ounce, so bigger drinks hold more milk and more calories. Rough calories per fluid ounce:
- Skim milk: about 11
- Almond milk: about 4
- Oat milk: about 15
- Whole milk: about 19
- Cream: about 58
Almond milk is the lightest choice. Oat milk tastes creamy but has more sugar than almond. Cream is by far the heaviest add-in.
Size Matters
Hot cups run 10, 14, 20, and 24 fl oz. Iced and frozen cups run 16, 24, 32, and 40 fl oz. Going from medium to large adds about 40% more of everything, including milk, swirls, sugar, and caffeine.
Toppings Add Up Fast
Whipped cream adds 35 to 80 calories. Cold foam adds 25 to 40. Drizzles add 25 to 35. Alone they seem small, but stacked on a large sweet drink they can push a "coffee" past 500 calories.
Food Basics
Donuts mostly land between 190 and 400 calories, with cake donuts and fritters at the high end. Munchkins run about 60 to 70 calories each, so a 10-count box is like eating two donuts. Bagels are 300 to 330 calories, and cream cheese adds about 130 more. Breakfast sandwiches range from about 340 on an English muffin to nearly 700 on a croissant with sausage. Comparing chains? The Starbucks Calorie Calculator, McDonald's Nutrition Calculator, and Subway Nutrition Calculator work the same way.
Caffeine
Caffeine is not tied to calories. A medium hot coffee has around 210 mg, iced coffee near 300 mg, and each extra espresso shot adds about 85 mg. Most adults are advised to stay under 400 mg a day. A late-afternoon large iced coffee can also push back your bedtime, which you can map out with the Sleep Calculator.
Easy Ways to Order Lighter
- Ask for flavor shots instead of swirls.
- Drop one cup size.
- Choose skim or almond milk.
- Skip whipped cream and drizzle.
- Use a zero-calorie sweetener like Splenda or stevia.
- Pick an English muffin over a croissant on sandwiches.
If you are working toward a goal weight, the Calorie Deficit Calculator and Weight Loss Calculator show how much room a daily coffee run leaves you. You can also offset a heavier order by checking the Calories Burned Calculator for your workout.
Allergens
Common allergens at Dunkin include milk, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, and sesame. Almond and coconut milk count as tree nuts. Bagels with seeds and stuffed bagel minis may contain sesame. Items are made in shared kitchens, so cross-contact is possible.
Values here are estimates. Real numbers change with store, brew, season, and how heavy the pour is that morning. Use them as a guide, not a promise.
