Introduction
Pets in Grow a Garden do a lot of work for you. They boost your crop yield, your luck, your sell price, and how fast plants grow. But it is hard to know what your whole pet team adds up to. This Grow a Garden Pet Calculator does the math for you.
Pick your pets, set each one's age, and choose a mutation like Shiny, Golden, or Rainbow. The tool shows your total yield, luck, gold, and growth speed multipliers right away. You also get a table that shows what each pet adds, plus a step-by-step look at the math.
There is more inside. You can compare two pets side by side to see which one is better. You can pick a crop, like Dragon Fruit or Mushroom, and see how many Sheckles your team earns per harvest. You can check drop chances and see how many tries you need for a rare item, much like our Shiny Odds Calculator does for hunting rare Pokémon. And you can score a pet's trade value based on its rarity, mutation, age, and weight, the same way our Adopt Me Value Calculator ranks pets in that game.
Use it to build a better pet loadout, plan trades, and farm smarter. If you also play other Roblox titles, pair it with the Blox Fruit Value Calculator or the Steal A Brainrot Value Calculator for cross-game trading.
How to use our Grow A Garden Pet Calculator
Pick your equipped pets, their mutations, and their ages, then add a crop, a drop chance, and a pet you want to price. The calculator shows your total yield, luck, gold, and growth speed multipliers, a per-pet breakdown, crop earnings in Sheckles, boosted drop odds, and a trade value score.
Equip Slots: Choose how many pets you can equip in game, from 3 to 8. Only those slots are used in the math.
Filter Pet List: Type part of a pet name, like "bee" or "fox", to shrink the list in every slot dropdown.
Filter by Rarity: Pick a rarity such as Rare, Divine, or Prismatic to show only those pets. Leave it on All Rarities to see everything.
Apply Age to All Slots: Type one age from 1 to 100 and press the copy button to set that age on every slot at once.
Slot active: Turn this switch off if a slot is empty. Off slots add nothing to your totals.
Pet (each slot): Choose the pet in that slot. Its rarity sets the base yield, luck, gold, and speed bonus.
Mutation (each slot): Pick No Mutation, Shiny, Golden, Rainbow, Inverted, or Mega. Better mutations multiply that pet's bonus.
Age / Level (each slot): Enter the pet's age from 1 to 100. Each age point adds 4% to that pet's base stats. If you want to see how those small percent steps add up, the Percentage Increase Calculator shows the same idea in plain math.
Configuration A and B (Pet, Mutation, Age): Set up two pets side by side. The tool names the winner and shows how much stronger it is.
Target Crop: Pick the crop you farm. Each crop weighs yield, gold, speed, and luck in its own way.
Base Crop Value: This fills in on its own from the crop. Change it if your fruit sells for a different amount.
Harvests to Simulate: Enter how many harvests you plan to sell, from 1 to 100,000, to see your total Sheckles.
Target Item Preset: Pick a drop type, like a Divine seed roll or a Rainbow mutation proc, to auto-fill its base chance.
Base Chance (%): Type your own drop rate if you know it, from 0.00001% up to 100%.
Attempts / Rolls: Enter how many tries you will make. The tool shows your chance of at least one hit, using the same "at least one success" math as our Probability Calculator.
Extra Luck from Gear (%): Add any luck from gear, potions, or events. This stacks on top of your pet luck.
Pet Value Estimator (Pet, Mutation, Age, Weight): Choose a pet, its mutation, its age, and its weight in kg to get a 0–100 value score and a trade tier.
Grow a Garden Pets Explained
In Grow a Garden, pets are helpers you hatch from eggs. You equip them, and they follow you around your farm. Each pet gives passive boosts, like bigger harvests, faster crop growth, more Sheckles when you sell, or better luck on rare seeds and drops. The more pets you equip, the more their boosts stack.
What Changes a Pet's Power
Three things decide how strong a pet is:
- Rarity — Pets go from Common up to Prismatic. Higher rarity means bigger base boosts.
- Age — Pets level up as you feed them fruit. Older pets give stronger boosts and better abilities.
- Mutation — Shiny, Golden, Rainbow, Inverted, and Mega pets multiply the boost. A Rainbow pet is worth far more than a plain one.
How Boosts Stack
Each pet adds a percent bonus. Add all the percents from your equipped pets together, then turn that total into a multiplier. For example, if your pets add up to +150% yield, your crops are worth 2.5× more. Yield and gold boosts both hit crop value, so they multiply together for big payouts on high-value crops like Mushroom, Sugar Apple, or Grape. Stacked multipliers work the same way in combat games, which is why our DPS Calculator uses the same style of math.
Picking Pets for Your Crops
Not every crop wants the same pets. Cheap, fast crops like Carrot and Tomato like growth speed and yield. Expensive crops like Mushroom and Dragon Fruit care more about gold and luck, since one harvest is already worth a lot. Match your pet loadout to the crop you farm most. If you garden in real life too, the Plant Spacing Calculator helps you lay out a real plot the same way you plan a farm grid.
Luck and Drop Chances
Luck pets raise your odds of getting rare seeds, rare eggs, and mutations. Luck does not promise a drop. It only makes each roll a bit better. If a seed has a 1% base chance and your pets give +200% luck, the chance becomes 3%. More rolls also help, but each roll is separate, so bad streaks still happen. Gacha players will know this feeling from the Genshin Pity Calculator, and card players see it in the Card Draw Calculator.
Pet Trade Value
Trade value comes mostly from rarity, then mutation, then age and weight. A Mega or Rainbow high-rarity pet at a high age is the most wanted. A Common pet at age 1 has almost no trade value. Values shift when updates add new pets or eggs, so always check current community trade lists before you make a big trade. For trades that involve Robux instead of pets, the Roblox Tax Calculator shows what the 30% marketplace cut leaves you, and the Roblox DevEx Calculator converts earned Robux into real cash.
