Introduction
Agility is one of the slowest skills to train in Old School RuneScape. This OSRS Agility calculator helps you figure out exactly how much XP you need and how long it will take to reach your goal. Enter your current level or XP, pick a target, and the tool does the rest. If you need to plan other skills as well, our OSRS Skill Calculator covers every trainable skill in the game.
You can fetch your stats straight from the OSRS Hiscores, compare XP rates across every training method, and see a step-by-step path from your current level to your goal. The calculator covers all rooftop courses, the Hallowed Sepulchre, Brimhaven Agility Arena, and Barbarian Fishing. It also tracks Marks of Grace, shows your progress toward the full Graceful outfit, and estimates your chance of getting the Giant Squirrel pet along the way.
Options like Hard Diary boosts, Leagues XP multipliers, and Ironman mode let you match the calculator to your account. Whether you are pushing for level 99 or grinding to 200 million XP, this tool gives you clear numbers so you can plan your training with no guesswork.
How to Use Our OSRS Agility Calculator
Enter your current Agility level, your goal, and your training preferences. The calculator will show you how much XP you need, how long each training method takes, your optimal path, Marks of Grace earned, and your chance at the Giant Squirrel pet.
OSRS Username (RSN): Type your in-game name and click "Fetch Stats" to pull your Agility XP straight from the OSRS Hiscores. This step is optional — you can type your stats by hand instead.
Account Type: Pick Main, Ironman, or Free-to-Play. Free-to-Play accounts cannot train Agility since it is a members-only skill.
Current Progress: Choose "Level" or "XP" from the dropdown, then enter your current Agility level or exact XP amount.
Goal: Choose "Level" or "XP" from the dropdown, then enter the Agility level or XP you want to reach. You can also click the Level 99, Level 100, or 200M XP preset buttons.
Hard Kandarin Diary: Check this box if you have finished the Hard Kandarin Diary. It boosts Seers' Village Rooftop XP per hour by about 15%.
Hard Desert Diary: Check this box if you have finished the Hard Desert Diary. It boosts Pollnivneach Rooftop XP per lap and XP per hour.
Hard Fremennik Diary: Check this box if you have finished the Hard Fremennik Diary. It boosts Rellekka Rooftop XP per lap and XP per hour.
Hours Played Per Day: Enter how many hours you play each day. The calculator uses this to estimate how many real days it will take to hit your goal.
Leagues Mode: Turn this on if you play a Leagues world. Then set the XP multiplier (5 to 32) to match your current league relic.
Method Category Filter: Use this dropdown to show only one type of training method, such as Rooftop Courses, Hallowed Sepulchre, or Barbarian Fishing. Set it to "All" to see every method.
Show Methods You Can't Access Yet: Pick "Show All" to see every method, "Grey Out" to dim methods above your level, or "Hide" to remove them from the table.
Hallowed Sepulchre — Highest Floor: Select the highest floor you can access. Higher floors give more XP per run, so this changes the Sepulchre XP rates in the table.
Course Used for Marks Estimate: Pick which rooftop course you plan to use. The calculator will estimate how many Marks of Grace you earn on the way to your goal and whether you can afford the full Graceful outfit.
Agility is a members-only skill in Old School RuneScape (OSRS). It lets your character run longer without losing energy and unlocks shortcuts across the game world. A higher Agility level means your run energy comes back faster, which saves you time no matter what you are doing in the game. Planning your overall account progression is easier when you pair this tool with the OSRS Combat Calculator to see how your combat level changes alongside your skilling goals.
You train Agility by completing obstacle courses. Each course has a series of jumps, climbs, and balances that you must finish in order. When you complete a full lap, you earn Agility experience (XP). The higher-level courses give more XP per lap, so you level up faster as you progress. For tracking XP across all skills at once, the Runescape XP Calculator is a helpful companion tool.
Rooftop Courses and Marks of Grace
Rooftop Agility courses are the most popular way to train. They are found in towns like Draynor Village, Canifis, and Ardougne. While running laps on rooftops, you can pick up Marks of Grace. These marks are a currency you trade in for the Graceful outfit, which makes your run energy recharge even faster. A full Graceful set costs 260 marks.
Hallowed Sepulchre
The Hallowed Sepulchre is an advanced Agility training method located in Darkmeyer. It requires at least level 52 Agility to enter. It has five floors, and each floor needs a higher level to access. The Sepulchre offers some of the best Agility XP rates in the game, but it takes more focus and skill than rooftop courses. If you are also training Prayer with bones from PvM along the way, our OSRS Prayer Calculator can help you plan that skill too.
Giant Squirrel Pet
Every time you complete a lap or action on an Agility course, you have a small chance to receive the Giant Squirrel pet. This is one of the rarest skilling pets in OSRS. The drop rate depends on which course you use and your current Agility level. Higher-level courses generally give a better chance per lap. If you want to see how unlucky your grind has been for any rare drop, try our OSRS Dry Calculator to check the odds.
Achievement Diary Boosts
Completing certain Hard Achievement Diaries gives you bonuses on specific courses. The Hard Kandarin Diary lets you use Camelot Teleport to speed up Seers' Village laps. The Hard Desert Diary adds a shortcut to the Pollnivneach course. The Hard Fremennik Diary does the same for the Rellekka course. These boosts raise your XP per hour and help you reach your goal faster. While working toward diary requirements, you may also need to level Mining — our OSRS Mining Calculator can help you plan that grind.
